What IT outsourcing actually covers
IT outsourcing entrusts a defined delivery capability to a partner: a complete product, a functional workstream, ongoing maintenance or structured team augmentation. The right model depends on who owns priorities, architecture, quality and production releases. Daillac can work with the client’s tools and teams, but responsibility boundaries must remain explicit to prevent gaps.

A proposal should make responsibilities visible
Before work begins, the proposal states the intended outcome, deliverables, client responsibilities, required access, dependencies, validation rhythm and support terms. This transparency prevents a complementary service from becoming an undefined scope. It also provides a concrete basis for comparing the option with a conventional engagement, an internal hire or an established platform. The same document identifies ownership of accounts, data and source files, along with the handover expected at the end of the engagement. Milestones can then be accepted against observable criteria, while changes are evaluated for their effect on schedule, budget and operations. The client keeps a clear view of what is included and what decision is required next.
