Terms of Use
The rules governing access to and use of daillac.com.
Last updated: August 11, 2026
1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using daillac.com, you accept these terms. If you disagree, stop using the site. These terms govern the public website and do not replace a proposal, service agreement or non-disclosure agreement with Daillac.
2. Permitted use
You may browse the site and use its forms for legitimate purposes. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws and the rights of others.
You may not disrupt the site, bypass security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, perform abusive automated collection, impersonate another person or use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
3. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, trademarks, logos, interfaces, illustrations, photographs, videos, software and other site content belong to Daillac Limitée or are used with permission and are protected by intellectual property law.
No right or licence is granted beyond the limited right to view the site for internal purposes. Reproduction, modification, distribution, republication or commercial use requires prior written permission.
4. Requests, estimates and services
Site content and preliminary responses are not binding offers. The scope, deliverables, price, schedule, responsibilities and warranties of an engagement are defined only in the agreement with the client.
Submitting a form does not automatically create a client-provider relationship, an obligation to accept a mandate or a confidentiality obligation beyond those created by law or a written agreement.
5. Informational content
Articles, guides, service pages and other materials provide general information only. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice tailored to your circumstances. Verify important information before acting.
6. Third-party links and services
The site may link to external services. Daillac does not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices and is not responsible for damage arising from their use. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
7. Availability and security
We aim to operate a reliable, secure site but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or harmful-component-free access. We may modify, suspend or remove a feature, including for maintenance or security.
8. Warranties and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and as available, without implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Daillac will not be liable for indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Subject to mandatory rules, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the judicial district of Terrebonne, Quebec.
10. Changes and contact
Daillac may amend these terms. The posted version and update date apply upon publication, subject to vested rights and legal requirements. If one provision is invalid, the others remain effective.
