Digital resilience is an organisation's ability to keep operating during a disruption of its systems, then return to normal. It goes beyond security: it takes in technical redundancy, fallback procedures, manual degraded modes, crisis communication and supplier dependency. It is measured by actual recovery time, not by the intentions written in the plan.
