What is Digital maturity? Definition and explanations

Digital maturity describes the level an organisation has reached in its use of digital, beyond the tools installed: internal skills, data quality, degree of process automation, governance, security, ability to deliver and to measure. It is a state, described in tiers. The exercise that locates that state is called a maturity audit.
