AI MODULE 02

AI phone agent

No more calls ringing into the void, even at 9pm on a Saturday.

We deploy a voice agent that picks up your inbound calls, understands the request, answers common questions, qualifies the need and creates the follow-up in your tools. Complex cases are transferred to the right person with the context already summarised. You keep control over what the agent may say and when it hands over.

Who it is for

  • Shops and clinics whose phone rings while someone is serving a customer
  • Service businesses receiving calls outside opening hours
  • Teams losing requests because nobody can answer at peak times
  • Organisations paying for an answering service with no business context

What you live with today

  • One missed call in three never calls back and goes to a competitor
  • Voicemail fills with messages someone has to replay and transcribe
  • Your best employees spend their day repeating the opening hours
  • Lunchtime and end-of-day overflow is covered by nobody

What it gets you

1 ring

Pickup

The agent takes the call immediately, however many lines are busy in parallel.

Unlimited

Simultaneous calls

Ten people calling at once get ten conversations, not nine voicemails.

Summary

Handover

When the agent hands over, your employee gets the name, the reason and the history before even saying hello.

What is included

  • Call scenarios written with you: what the agent says, asks and refuses to handle
  • Voice and tone matched to your brand, in English and French
  • Automatic qualification: reason, urgency, contact details, availability
  • Transfer to a human with context, or direct booking into the calendar
  • Automatic record creation in your CRM, or a structured email
  • Recordings, transcripts and call statistics you can review

How it runs

01

Listening to your real calls

1 week

We start from your actual calls rather than a theoretical script: what people really ask, in their own words.

02

Building the scenarios

2 to 3 weeks

Writing the answers, the qualifying questions and the transfer rules. We also define what the agent must never attempt to answer.

03

Testing on a dedicated line

2 weeks

You and your teams call the agent and try to break it. We adjust tone, pauses, interruptions and edge cases.

04

Progressive go-live

Ongoing

First as overflow, then for closed hours, then wider if the numbers hold up. You can roll back at any time.

Indicative timelines. They depend on the number of scenarios, the languages to cover and your current phone system.

The questions you are asking

Does the caller know they are talking to an AI?

Yes, and that is deliberate: the agent says so in its first sentence. It is more honest, it avoids nasty surprises, and in practice people are perfectly happy with an agent that answers instantly and knows what it is talking about.

Do we have to change our phone system?

Rarely. The agent connects to most existing VoIP systems, or to a dedicated number you forward calls to. We check compatibility during scoping, before any commitment.

What if the agent does not understand the request?

After two attempts it transfers to a human or takes contact details for a callback, according to your rules. It never loops endlessly on a misunderstanding.

Can we use it only at certain hours?

Yes. Many clients start with evenings, weekends and lunchtime overflow, then widen the scope once the statistics are reassuring.

Every missed call is a customer calling somewhere else.

We start from your real calls to build an agent that sounds like you, then test it before any switchover.
