AI MODULE 01

Enterprise AI assistant

Your teams find the right answer in ten seconds instead of twenty minutes.

We deploy a conversational assistant connected to your procedures, policies and internal tools. It answers employees and customers alike, in your own wording, with the permissions of whoever is asking. Every answer links back to its source document, so people can verify rather than trust blindly.

Who it is for

  • Companies where the same question reaches the same person ten times a week
  • Support teams answering requests by hand that are already documented
  • Organisations with written procedures nobody actually opens
  • SMBs hiring fast, where onboarding runs on word of mouth

What you live with today

  • The information exists, but it is scattered across SharePoint, email and two people’s heads
  • Employees interrupt colleagues because they do not know where to look
  • Customers ask the same questions and wait hours for an answer
  • You tried ChatGPT, but it knows nothing about your business

What it gets you

24/7

Availability

The assistant answers at night, on weekends and during holidays, with no queue.

0

Invented answers

When the information is not in your documents, the assistant says so and offers a human contact.

100%

Traceability

Every exchange is logged: who asked what, which source was used, which answer was given.

What is included

  • An inventory of your sources: procedures, policies, catalogues, ticket history
  • Connection to existing permissions so each person only sees what concerns them
  • Web interface, public site integration, or Teams and Slack depending on your setup
  • Guardrails: forbidden topics, human escalation, enforced tone and vocabulary
  • A dashboard of questions asked, missing answers and topics on the rise
  • Team training and operating documentation

How it runs

01

Scoping the use cases

1 to 2 weeks

We identify the questions that cost the most time and decide together which ones the assistant should cover first.

02

Preparing the sources

2 to 3 weeks

Cleaning, chunking and indexing your documents. This step decides the final quality: an assistant is only as good as its documentation.

03

Pilot with a small group

3 to 4 weeks

Rollout to one willing team. We measure the share of useful answers and fix the gaps before opening it wider.

04

Rollout and follow-up

Ongoing

Progressive opening, monthly review of unanswered questions and enrichment of the knowledge base as usage grows.

Indicative timelines for an initial scope. They vary with the volume of documents, their condition and the number of tools to connect.

The questions you are asking

Is our data used to train the model?

No. We work with providers and configurations that contractually exclude your data from training. Depending on your requirements, we can also host the model on your own infrastructure or on a private cloud.

What happens when the assistant is wrong?

It always cites the document behind its answer, which makes the error visible in one click. Sensitive topics — legal, contractual, medical — are configured to escalate to a human rather than to answer.

Does our documentation need to be perfect first?

No, and the opposite usually happens: the pilot exposes the holes in your documentation. We deliver a report of unanswered questions, which becomes your documentation roadmap.

How long before we see a real effect?

The pilot produces numbers by week three or four: questions handled, share of answers rated useful, and topics the assistant still misses.

Stop answering the same question twice.

We scope something realistic and measurable, then test it with one team before opening it to the whole company.
