USE CASE · SALES

AI for sales

Handle every lead while it is still warm, and know which one deserves a call.

The starting point

A lead that waits two days is worth a fraction of what it was worth on day one: it has had time to call someone else. Yet in most SMBs the request arrives by email, waits until a rep finishes their rounds, then lands in a half-filled CRM. AI is not there to sell for you — it is there so nothing sits idle and so your reps know who to call first.

How the flow runs

  1. 01Human

    The prospect gets in touch

Form, call, trade show, referral: whatever the entry point, the request lands in a single collection point.

  2. 02AI

    Automatic enrichment

The AI completes the record from public sources and your own history: sector, size, existing contacts, deals already handled.

  3. 03AI

    Qualification and scoring

A score is computed from the deals you actually won, not from a generic template. The prospect is ranked and assigned to the right rep.

  4. 04Human

    The rep takes over

They receive a complete record, a justified score and a suggested opening message. What they do with it is their call — they are the ones selling.

What actually changes

  • Every request gets a useful acknowledgement within minutes, not a hollow auto-reply
  • Your reps start the day with the most promising files
  • The CRM fills itself, so your reports finally become reliable
  • Planned follow-ups go out even when your best salesperson is on holiday

Two typical situations

Quote request on a Friday evening

The form is filled at 7pm. The AI enriches the record, computes a high score given the sector and size, sends an acknowledgement asking the two missing questions, and puts the file at the top of Monday morning’s list.

A lead that looks like your lost deals

The profile matches a segment where your win rate is very low. Rather than tying up a rep, the file goes into a light informational sequence. You concentrate your time where it pays.

What we measure

The baseline is your current situation, recorded before any rollout. Without a baseline, no "after" number means anything.

  • Time between a lead arriving and the first real contact
  • Share of leads never followed up
  • Conversion rate per score band, to verify the score actually predicts something
  • CRM record completeness on the fields your reports depend on
  • Number of planned follow-ups actually sent

What the AI must not do here

Prospecting is where overreach costs the most, in reputation as well as fines. These rules are not negotiable.

  • Send bulk commercial email to contacts who have not consented — Canada’s anti-spam legislation governs this strictly
  • Pass itself off as a human in a written or phone exchange
  • Set or change a price, grant a discount or commit to a warranty
  • Permanently discard a prospect on a score alone, with no human review
  • Build profiles from personal data collected without a legal basis, which Law 25 prohibits
