A vague promise
"Innovative solutions for your transformation" says nothing. If a visitor cannot repeat what you do after five seconds, they will not manage it after thirty either.

The traffic is there, so is the aesthetic. The enquiries are not.
This is the hardest problem to admit, because people like the site. But a site people like and a site that converts follow different rules. Conversion comes down to three concrete things: does the visitor understand in five seconds what you do, do they believe you, and is the next step obvious. A beautiful design can fail all three.

Claims with no case studies, no numbers, no named testimonials, no client logos. The visitor has no reason to believe you over anyone else.
"Request a quote" is a big commitment. Offering a lighter first step — a diagnostic, an example, an answer to one specific question — converts markedly better.
This is the most profitable thing to fix, because the traffic is already paid for. Doubling a conversion rate is the same as doubling your acquisition budget without spending another dollar. Conversely, while the site converts poorly, every dollar put into ads or SEO funds a leak.
