What is conversion rate?

Conversion rate is the share of sessions (or users) that complete a defined action—purchase, lead, signup, call—among the total observed. Usual formula: conversions ÷ sessions × 100. The number only makes sense with a clear GA4 conversion definition and a stable denominator.
